Hands up smoothies lovers! I will share with you two recipes for summer smoothies that are full of flavor and if you’re one of those with limited time, these recipes would be a lifesaver for a quick breakfast.
Interesting fact… the combination of drinking raw juices and eating mostly raw food can help you to reverse diabetes in less time. Some of the health benefits of including raw food as part of your daily diet are:

- Improved Skin Appearance
- Increased Energy
- Reversing Diabetes in Less Time
- Stabilized Blood Glucose Levels
- Weight loss.
The first recipe is my husband’s favorite, you will feel that you’re drinking a Pina Colada but healthy and without rum.
P&P SMOOTHIE – Special for people with High Blood Pressure.
You will need 3 chunks of pineapple, 1 pear peeled, 1 cup of coconut milk unsweetened, 1/2 cup of ice cubes and 1 tablespoon of honey. Blend the ingredients until smooth and serve cold.
The second recipe is my favorite, strawberries are rich in vitamin C and K, also as I mentioned in another post they have fewer calories compared with other fruits that would help you to reduce weight.
STRAWBERRIES & NUTS – Special for People with Diabetes.
You will need 8 fresh strawberries, 1 banana, 1 cup of almond milk unsweetened, 1/2 cup of ice cubes, 1/2 cup of frozen berries, 1 tablespoon of mix nuts. Blend the ingredients until smooth and serve cold.
