A few days ago I was having a chat with a friend about high blood pressure, he is very fond of chocolate and a smoothie lover.
His favorite thing is to eat oreos with a glass of milk as a reward for having a stressful week.
However, special conditions such as high blood pressure will require some twist in your daily diet in order to improve your health.
So, I developed the following recipes for smoothies that would help my friend and also some of you to enjoy chocolate and introduce new fruits to reduce high blood pressure.

You will need 2 bananas, 1 cup of almond milk unsweetened, 1 avocado, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/2 cup of ice cubes. Blend the ingredients until smooth and add cocoa powder on top.
