So here they are! two of the best smoothies to improve your cholesterol and keep a balanced diet. These fruits contain nutrients that will help you to reduce the risk of diabetes.

KIWI AND CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE – Special for People with Diabetes.

You will need 2 peeled kiwis, 1 cup of almond milk unsweetened, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 cup of ice cubes, 40g spinach. Blend the ingredients until smooth and add a pinch of cinnamon powder on top.

APPLE AND BANANA SMOOTHIE – Special for People with Diabetes.

You will need 2 peeled green apples, 1 peeled banana, 1cup of almond milk unsweetened, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder, 1/2 cup of ice cubes. Blend the ingredients until smooth and add a pinch of cinnamon powder on top.
