The following recipes are delicious, rich in vitamins and minerals ideal for people that want to drink something very tasty, but at the same time control high blood pressure.
You only need a blender to enjoy these smoothies for breakfast or post-workout.
BLACKBERRIES AND BEETROOT – Special for People with High Blood Pressure.
You will need 5 fresh blackberries, 1 cup of almond milk unsweetened, 1 beetroot, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of lemon, 1/2 cup of ice cubes, 2/3 cup of frozen blackberries and a few leaves of mint. Blend the ingredients until smooth and add a few blackberries and mint leaves on top.
BLUEBERRIES AND BERRIES – Special for People with High Blood Pressure.
You will need. 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 1 cup of almond milk unsweetened, 1 cup of spinach, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/2 cup of kale, 1/2 cup of ice cubes, 2/3 cup of berries and a few mint leaves. Blend the ingredients until smooth and add a few berries and mint leaves on top.
